Health care providers and patients may book an appointment
with Dr. Ferril.
Health care providers:
If you are interested in a consultation with
Dr. Ferril, please consider the following requirements before an
appointment for you can be approved.
You must carefully read over and study the treatment plan that you wish to
discuss as well as read Dr. Ferril’s latest book, The Unseen
making an appointment. This makes the initial consultation dramatically
more productive for you. It will save you money and avoid wasting your
time. We hope that you understand that we are very busy and have limited
time, too. We can help a lot more doctors when they are fully prepared for a
consultation. Dr. Ferril wants to help as many doctors as possible.
If you are interested in becoming a new patient of Dr. Ferril,
please consider the following requirements before an appointment for you
can be approved. Dr. Ferril would be pleased to have you as a patient,
however, you may find it more convenient and more affordable to obtain Dr.
Ferril’s treatment plan for your condition and make a copy for your local
health care provider.
Dr. Ferril does not accept insurance or file any insurance forms.
Dr. Ferril does not handle emergencies. Dr. Ferril works with patients
on a second opinion or consultation basis, by appointment only, and does not function as the patient’s primary physician.

condition before making an appointment. This makes the initial
consultation dramatically more productive for you.
You will likely be asked to take a blood test for food allergy antibodies
and/or a 24-hour test for hormone metabolites, billed at Dr. Ferril’s
actual wholesale cost of about $300 and $400, respectively, and paid
directly to the particular laboratory. The 24-hour urine test is generally
covered by Medicare.
The first consultation must be a minimum of 30 minutes with monthly
followup consultations of a minimum of 15 minutes each until you are
satisfied that you are getting well. Thereafter, there should be an
annual consultation of a minimum of 15 minutes so Dr. Ferril can
remind you why you are getting well and to encourage you in your
road to health.
You must be willing, if recommended by Dr. Ferril, to make significant
dietary changes and to take an active role in improving your health.
You must do your homework assignments.
A completed Patient Intake Form
